“My director colleagues and I are very excited to have agreed this joint working arrangement with EAL. Drone technology will be a ground-breaking innovation in the insurance world. Allied to our own company’s technical skills in interpreting the data, we will be able to offer our clients cost-effective, rapid and highly detailed photographic intelligence.”
Initially, the main focus of the joint working will be on catastrophe (CAT) and individual major loss events. We shall also, however, be looking to support insurers, reinsurers, corporate clients and others in the insurance industry with pre-risk, Underwriting and risk management services.
The arrangement will cover the UK and international locations.
“We are delighted to be working with FCL to offer a unique aerial imaging service to the insurance industry. The imaging technology and data accuracy available today from Small Unmanned Surveillance Aircraft (SUSA), or drones, is something that will revolutionise the way the industry accesses, shares and analyses information.”
